Adam Herndon

Adam Herndon is an 11 year, new market MOA agent located in Laurel and Burtonsville, Maryland. Under his leadership, Adam’s office has been consistently recognized as Exotic Travel, Chairman’s Circle, SVP, MDRT and Lifetime President’s Club in Health. He also recently served as a member of Rand Harbert’s Advisory Council where he took pride in making sure concerns and ideas for improvement by agents in the Eastern Market were not only heard but understood at the corporate level.

Mr. Herndon grew up in Oakland, Ca. and attended The Ohio State University where he studied Communications and Business Administration. As a student-athlete, he was a member of the National Honor Society as well as an All-American team captain in track and field.

The positive experiences in his life shaped motivated him to pursue a rewarding career in insurance.  He has written a motivational book, Hone Your Craft, released in January of 2020 and a children’s book empowering readers from all walks of life to chase their dreams and overcome any personal challenges that may appear insurmountable
